The lucky charm
Yesterday a colleague told me something very funny.
He was the messenger chatting with a friend, she asked him a souvenir here in India ... a lighter. The boy said he would not give a lighter. That's when the girl asked for a lucky charm. I will transcribe the dialogue:
He: Amulet of luck? So for sure I'll buy you a lighter!
She: Why?
He: If there ever was a lucky charm in India, who found it definitely has gone away and took him along!
